How does it work?

We conclude a contract with you and provide you with your login details.
2.
You bring the goods to the CDEK office or book courier collection.
3.
We receive the shipment and your customers' details for the customs. If you do not have this information, we will contact the recipients ourselves.
4.
You get tracking number to track the parcel and send it to the customer.
5.
We deliver orders and hand them over to the recipient at a CDEK pick-up point or bring them to the customer's home.

How is the tariff rate determined, and what is included in it?
Our tariffs include customs clearance only for low-cost goods. Import and export duties, local taxes and customs duties, taxes/VAT on transport services are not included in our rates.

Online tracking allows you to find out where your parcel is. It always provides the most up-to-date information.
What notifications will be sent to the recipient of the parcel?
We will let you know where, when, and how you can receive your order. We use several channels for sending delivery notifications: SMS, phone call, email, and popular messengers / social networks
What is the maximum weight of documents I can send?
There are no weight restrictions, however, for shipments from Azerbaijan, the weight of the documents should not exceed 3 kg.

How can shipping costs be paid?
Payment can be made by either the sender or the recipient.
